I have always been obsessed with data. Data tells us the story of our work and outcomes. I especially love tracking applicant data, because not only is it fun to continue adding to the list, but it's so much easier to show this chart to someone to dispute some irrational beliefs. ("I'm worried about my 512 MCAT.")
